Gethsemane Church is a church without walls. We show that by loving on our community through G3 outreach ministries. Pictured to the right are some of our outreach team building a ramp for an elderly couple in the community.
G3 Outreach Ministry
GO Week
GO week is a week set aside annually to just love on the community that surrounds us. Pictured is some of our G3 Family making biscuits for our teachers, police and town employees.
Backpack Ministy
Sister Wanda felt led to start a ministry to provide food for some of our local children and there brothers and sisters. This ministry has grown to provide 19 backpacks each week filled with enough food and snacks for these kids. Gethsemane is proud to fully support this ministry.
Pathway Ministries
Pathway House is a local homeless facility. Pathway is a great organization that we feel strongly about supporting, not only with collecting supplies but also in spending time each month at both the women's and men's housing providing a home cooked meal, a devotion and encouragement.
Brother Ron Gunter feels that everyone should be able to hear or read the word of God. The word of God is a light unto our feet and lamp unto out path, for a Christian the word of God is vital. Brother Ron spends time each week reading to elderly people who's eyesight isnt what it used to be.
